Cancellation and refund policy
Cancelling
Your subscription is monthly. Cancel any time from your account page: Manage billing opens Stripe's customer portal, where one click cancels (the same portal updates your card and shows your invoices). Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged. There are no lock-ins, notice periods or cancellation fees.
Refunds
We do not refund part-used months: when you cancel, you keep the rest of the month instead. We do refund in full when:
- you were charged after cancelling;
- you were charged twice for the same month;
- the service did not work at all for most of a month and we could not fix it.
Contact us (see the contact page) with the email address you signed up with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure you are entitled to a refund or to cancel and be compensated for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; if the failure is not major, you are entitled to have it fixed in a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. The "no partial-month refund" rule above applies only where the law allows it.
The supermarket
Groceries are bought by you from the supermarket, in your own account. Refunds, substitutions and returns for groceries are between you and the supermarket under their policy; we never take payment for groceries and cannot refund them.
