Add it to Chrome.
PrepCart lives in Chrome's side panel, right next to your Woolworths or Coles tab. Sign in to your store like you normally would. That's the setup.

Tell it your week.
Type it or say it, like you'd tell a mate. It asks about anything you missed.
- Who's eating. Just you, you and your partner, the whole house.
- Goals. Cutting, bulking or maintaining, per person.
- How strict. Dead-on macros, or a bit of give.
- Your kit. Air fryer, oven, slow cooker, one sad frypan.
- Cook days. Which days you'll actually cook.

It plans your prep.
A full week, Monday to Sunday, built around your cook-ups. Every meal says where it comes from: Sunday's cook-up, the freezer, or cooked fresh.

Portions per person.
Same cook-up, different plates. Everyone gets portions sized to their own protein, carbs, fat and calories.

Every ingredient goes into your Woolworths or Coles cart, sized for the week. Check it, swap anything, and pay when you're ready. PrepCart never checks out for you.

The how, answered.
Do I type or talk?
Either. Type in the side panel or hit the mic and talk. It understands "cutting, 200 protein, no fish" just fine.
How strict are the macros?
Your call, per person. Strict plans hit your numbers closely. Balanced gives a little room for meals you actually feel like eating.
Can I plan for my partner too?
Yep. Add everyone who's eating. Each person gets their own goal, macros and portions from the same cook-ups.
What if I only cook once a week?
Tell it. It plans one big cook-up, tags what goes in the fridge and what goes in the freezer, and fills the gaps with quick fresh meals.
Which stores does it work with?
Woolworths and Coles, using your own account. Australia only.
Do you check out for me?
Never. PrepCart fills the cart. Checkout is always you.
